Corrugated Printing Machine ( PS/FG-280)

The corrugated folding carton is capable to load heavy things and there are multiple layers of corrugated, which makes the carton dense and strong.

The corrugated folding carton is divided into 3 parts, the feeding section, the printing section, the dryer section. It is well designed for fast and high quality production. The first part of the corrugated folding carton is feeding section, which equipped with kicker feeder or lead edge feeder for high feeding accuracy allows the operator work on the platform smoothly without any stopping. It will have some protection when there is any blocking occurs, the corrugated folding carton will pause and stop the feeding action until the problem have been solved. The scanning system of the feeding section on the corrugated folding carton will automatically detect the faults and the alarm lighten will inform the operator to clear the obstruction material.

The second section of the corrugated folding carton is printing section. There is vacuum transfer with tungsten rolls which can overcome warped board and slippery boards, providing the printing color accuracy. You can also select a optional function to building in the corrugated folding carton, which is ceramic roll with chamber doctor blade system for high graphic printing purpose and cost saving form ink amount. This will provides a high quality solution for all the printing drawing.

The dryer section is the other important area on the corrugated folding carton. It is responsible for dry the ink printing through the vacuum transfer control panel, which can adjust the temperature by the operator easily.
